Helen Cherry is a Cambridge accredited teacher trainer and coach, with over 20 years of experience in training, personal development, human resources and senior education management. She holds an MA from the University of Cambridge in Philosophy, a Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults and qualifications in management, counselling skills, coaching skills and Mental Health First Aid. She has worked as an accredited CELTA, DELTA, SEN and Cert IBET Teacher Trainer. Helen has gained expertise in delivering intercultural communication and people management training to professionals, both in the UK and internationally. Her first foreign country was Iraq, where she attended a French speaking nursery school. Since then, she has travelled to over 40 countries for work, study and pleasure. She regrets that she has not yet had the pleasure of visiting Belarus. Along with teacher training, Helen's particular areas of interests include mental health, neurodiversity, disability awareness and Human Rights. Helen's voluntary work in these fields include working at a nightline, working with refugees/asylum seekers, and working with children and adults with SpLD. She is an experienced international key note speaker and presenter.
